We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
* Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the front and back of house.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall dining experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Assist in menu planning and execution, contributing creative ideas for food presentation and service style.
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising roles within hospitality or restaurant settings.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Culinary experience is advantageous, including food preparation, cooking, and food production knowledge.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Previous experience as a barista or in hotel environments is a plus.
