Overview
Customer Service Assistant role at Inspired Gaming Group. To support the day to day operation of a licensed gaming venue. Welcoming customers, keeping the venue clean and tidy, carrying out minor repairs across machines and reporting more serious issues. Handle customer concerns, maintain venue legality by challenging anyone under 25. Cash handling with daily float responsibility. Offer customer promotions. This role will support the MSA Engineer in maintaining standards, driving sales and covering holidays.
Responsibilities
* Support and deliver company sales targets
* Create an environment of top class customer care
* Ensure company operating standards are exceeded
* Cash handling with all required checks carried out in full
* Maximise business opportunities within the gaming centre
* Promote the business to all customers, new and old
* Handle all customer complaints
* Consistently identify and clarify the needs of the venue and strive to meet or exceed service standards
* Maintain good employee relations and a presentable appearance
* Assist in security investigations as directed by senior management and take necessary actions on security alerts
* Minimise risk to yourself and cash equipment; ensure cash, machine keys and company property are secure
* Adhere to health and safety practices; report hazards and ensure compliance with current legislation
* Attend meetings as required and participate in periodic business reviews
* Support training needs identification with the Service Supervisor
* Work efficiently with peers and team members
