My client is on the lookout for an experienced FM/Building Services Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the commercial success of a fast‑paced, multi‑discipline FM environment, ensuring cost‑effective delivery of services across a varied and dynamic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with Key Stakeholders and Category Managers on the commercial lifecycle of FM contracts, from tender stage through to final account
* Monitor project budgets and ensure value for money in service delivery
* Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks
* Support procurement activities and subcontractor management
* Produce timely and accurate commercial reports
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, multi‑discipline environment
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Full UK driving licence required
