Schools are increasingly looking for resilient and adaptable individuals who can support students with behaviour, engagement, attendance, emotional regulation, and pastoral needs. These opportunities are ideal for individuals with backgrounds in youth work, sports coaching, residential care, mentoring, SEN support, safeguarding, or behaviour support.
