What You’ll Do
* Lead the delivery of cloud and network transformation projects for contracted and non-contracted clients.
* Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met.
* Act as a technical escalation point for more junior engineers and project staff.
* Support pre-sales activity by assisting in solution design, surveys, and technical documentation.
* Provide leadership and direction during high-pressure situations, making clear and logical decisions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new processes, tools, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
* Strong track record managing cloud, infrastructure, or network projects from initiation to delivery.
* Solid understanding of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, private cloud, networking, and security solutions.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational ability and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.
* Experience in mentoring or providing technical guidance to teams.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “work hard, play hard” ethic.
Desirable:
* Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP, ITIL).
* Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, CCNA.
* Exposure to IT service management and customer-facing roles.
