Technical Licensing Officer– Selective Licensing Team Duration: 3 Month Contract Initially Location: Essex Rate: £17.38 per hour – PAYE / Umbrella: £22.58 per hour We are seeking a committed individual to join Our Clients Selective Licensing Team as a Technical Licensing Officer. You’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation and day-to-day management of the borough’s Selective Licensing scheme, which goes live in January 2026. This is a vital role ensuring landlords and managing agents meet their legal obligations and that residents live in safe, well-managed homes.
