This role suits someone who has previously worked as a site-based engineer in a customer-facing environment and is confident managing a varied workload.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (Mechanical & HVAC) across multiple buildingsRespond to and resolve reactive maintenance tasksSupport statutory compliance activities where trained (e.g., emergency lighting checks, fire damper inspections)Work in line with current health and safety legislation and internal policiesEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience as a site-based engineer across a multi-building estateNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalentExperience maintaining HVAC systemsBackground in compliance maintenance within commercial or public buildingsUnderstanding of Legionella control, ACOP L8 and water hygiene requirementsAbility to produce accurate compliance documentationGood attention to detail, organisation, and time managementComfortable using handheld devices or CAFM systemsFull UK driving licenceDesirableWRAS approvedGas Safe RegisteredLegionella awareness training (City & Guilds or equivalent)Experience with TMV maintenance, dead-leg identification and water samplingCSCS or other relevant safety cardSalary & Benefits£40,000£45,000 depending on experience (Gas qualifications advantageous)Mobile phone and tablet provided24 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pensionUniform and full PPE suppliedWho Were Looking ForCandidates who have experience working across a portfolio of buildings and who are confident in a customer-facing role.
