Their adventure began after an inspirational holiday in the USA, where they discovered and fell in love with one of America's staple fast food delights "Nashville style hot chicken", this was the beginning of the Lucky B's Hot Chicken phenomenon.
Are you our next Assistant Manager?
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has what it takes to grow with us and share in our success, be our brand ambassador, our new store is opening soon at Canning Street Retail Park in Burnley.
Working directly with our franchisee and ops teams, you will oversee and provide inspirational leadership for the operations in line with all our company's brand strategies.
Our assistant managers work on the floor excelling in customer service and ensure the team have the support that they need to drive the brand forward.
You will be helping support your store manager on a daily basis and be expected to deliver revenue and profits by hitting targets that have been set, the key to our success is to also ensure our management teams understand and control costs, brand standards, serving outstanding food, team building and providing a unique customer experience, all these factors will ensure the Lucky B's brand is the customers number one choice every time for delicious tasty fast food that comes with outstanding customer service
Here is what you need to be successful in your application:
· Operationally focused on implementing brand standards and policies
· Consistently deliver industry-leading customer service. We want to see the great positive feedback that our customers leave us
· Ensure store operational requirements by following brand standards
· Comply with all requirements of Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards, be Level 2 Food safety trained.
· Understanding budgets and managing labour all in line with KPI which the business will set you with guidance from your manager.
· Have an understanding of stock levels.
· Provide excellent management guidance to your team including training, development and leadership
· Maintain store team member loyalty by coaching, developing and disciplining employees were necessary
· Provide training to improve all team members and utilise cross-training methods to maintain productivity and create an environment where your team can grow their knowledge
· Being able to step up as a general manager when the manager is absent from the business.
