About the Role
Multiskilled Engineer, supporting continuous 24/7 operations across the site. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and ongoing performance of a wide range of production and site facilities.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Site Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant performance across multiple operational areas, including milling, maltings, extract processing, drying operations, homebrew, and site services. Your duties will include:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and small-scale engineering projects
* Responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Actively contributing to improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current health and safety standards
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

About You
You will be a qualified engineer with strong mechanical and electrical capabilities, able to work confidently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will bring:
* Proven experience with PLCs and process control systems
* The ability to work under pressure and meet tight response times
* A flexible approach to shift work and changing operational needs
* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and TPM methodologies
* Previous experience within food or FMCG manufacturing (desirable)
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
Working Hours
* Average of 42 hours per week
* 12-hour Panama shift pattern providing full site coverage, 24/7
