This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times. The position is for 21 hours per week, on a four-week rolling rota, including one or two shifts on a weekend, but not every weekend.
You need to be flexible; shifts are from 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.
You will be working on a one-to-one basis, as there are two ladies who live in the house, therefore two members of staff are on at all times. A driver is required as a car is available for use (automatic). Personal care is required, and an enhanced DBS is necessary.
There are already seven staff members working at the house on a rota basis. If you are interested, please private message me.
The pay rate is £15.00 per hour, and you will accrue annual leave based on the hours worked. Shadow shifts will be provided. Please contact me for more details.
