South West England Your New Job To receive data and footage from site and produce a comprehensive Wincan VX report giving an accuratecondition assessment of the asset. Responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to both colleagues and clients is accurate, of a good quality and available in a timely manner. With skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including GIS software (Mapinfo, Infonet). To produce an accurate report for clients and colleagues to highlight rehabilitation where required or to confirm successful rehabilitation has been carried out. To provide quality control of our CCTV surveys in relation to investigations & repairs. Principal Accountabilities: Preparing accurate and concise Wincan reports. To highlight required repairs. Review CCTV footage to determine and approve the quality of the investigation and/or repair. Receiving works from site – Data collection. Maintaining records to update job status. Working in conjunction with the operational side of the business. Preparing presentation of deliverables including reports. Data entry and updates using Excel, Access and all related software applications. Carrying out validation procedures. Use GIS software as required. Following client specifications as necessary. Using software applications to produce plans. About You Desirable Qualifications [& Professional Membership(s)]: Relevant qualification in CCTV coding (OS19x) is desirable. Desirable Skills & Personal Qualities : Experience and fluidity in Wincan VX Extensive knowledge of structural and service defect coding. Working knowledge of MSCC 5 th Edition. Office Duties. Work with maps and plans. Use of CCTV data input and update software. Reporting on drainage CCTV surveys in any format. Skills & Personal Qualities: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Numerate and literate. Effective communication skills. Personable telephone manner and customer service skills when dealing with clients calls. Ability to use GIS applications (Mapinfo/Infonet). Commitment to task completion. Can-do attitude. Able to work individually and within a team. Demonstrate own initiative. Attention to detail. Analytical skills.
