We're looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our client's experienced Procurement team in Livingston. This is a great opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation who have their client's needs at the heart of everything they do. You'll play a key role in helping their business operate efficiently and supporting their team with a variety of admin tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling client and supplier enquiries via phone and email
Keeping their Microsoft Dynamics database up to date and accurate at all times
Constant liaising back and forth with clients and suppliers, ensuring projects are 100% up to date.
Assisting with office events and team activities where applicable
