A home, not just a service
Our Wharfedale House service is home to sixteen adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
24 hours per week (2 nights) Youll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.
Shifts:
Waking Night shifts: 8.30pm - 8.30am (12 hour shifts)

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm to 7am ) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication Encourage independence through a person-centred approach Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities Keep clear, accurate records Most importantly help each person live life on their own terms
