We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Support Manager to join a leading care provider in Witney, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. This permanent job opportunity offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including full training and an induction programme. As an Assistant Support Manager, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others, while also developing your leadership skills through our intensive six-month Leadership Development Programme.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. You will work closely with the support team to provide high-quality care and support, while also developing your leadership skills to progress to a Support Manager role in the future.
