The Job:
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate teams as required, and ensuring that all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
Suggest improvements to systems and processes to improve business efficiency
Maintain high standards of customer service by handling and resolving escalated customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
