ACCA, CIMA, QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT, ACCOUNTANT Your New Company The Department for Communities (DfC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Officer Accountant to join its Resource Accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to accurate financial reporting and support key business processes within a dynamic public sector environment. Your New Role As a Staff Officer Accountant, you will: Prepare and post monthly journals Liaise with stakeholders to investigate and resolve reconciling items Complete general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations Provide financial information for the Annual Report and Accounts Support the production of accounts and VAT returns Undertake other ad hoc finance duties as required Office attendance is required on Mondays and Tuesdays at Causeway Exchange, Belfast.
