The Role
We are now entering our launch phase and are seeking a commercially minded General Manager to help oversee daily operations, growth and member experience as the business scales.
This is a rare opportunity to join a founder-led startup at ground level and play a central role in shaping a premium lifestyle brand.
Working directly with the founders, you will help oversee:
* day-to-day operations
* member onboarding and experience
* CRM and workflow management
* local marketing activity
* partnerships and relationship management
* growth strategy and business development
This is a flexible role with a mix of remote working and occasional in-person meetings/events.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business
* Manage and nurture member enquiries from first contact through onboarding
* Coordinate CRM activity, consultations and scheduling
* Support growth across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Solihull
* Assist with social media oversight and content coordination
* Build relationships with local partners and premium brands
* Help shape operational processes as the company grows
* Work closely with the founders on launch strategy and expansion
* Has strong organisational and communication skills
* Is polished, articulate and emotionally intelligent
* Has experience in operations, hospitality, membership businesses, business development or premium client services
* Is comfortable working independently in a startup environment
* Understands professionalism, discretion and client care
* Is confident using CRM systems, calendars, Stripe and social platforms
* Has a natural ability to build rapport and trust

Compensation
Compensation structure will be discussed directly with shortlisted candidates and may include:
