I’m working with the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities; they provide high quality homes to exacting specifications. This role is based in their Bournemouth Head Office, with the expectation that you will be required to travel to sites.
Your new role
As the IT Service Desk team lead you will provide services and support relating to existing standard applications and infrastructure, as well as managing and fulfilling requests for service. The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for all IT related issues and requests. You will Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk team members when required and Provide enhanced support and 2nd level of incident investigation.
What you'll need to succeed
Education and Qualifications:
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation qualification is desirable
• MCP certification would be desirable
Knowledge & Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience of providing team leader support in a similar role
