Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week), hybrid working (2 days in the office, three days working from home).
The Graduate Surveyor post within City Property provides support to the team where the graduate is placed. Graduates already employed within City Property are rotated across teams to gain diverse surveying experience. The recruitment of this graduate will ensure all teams are adequately staffed, with supervision provided by a qualified surveyor.
Main Duties
* Ensure the Asset Maximisation Team is fully staffed, as there is one graduate post vacant within the team.
* Support the rotation of graduates and assist Surveyors and Asset Managers across teams.
* Manage the substantial workloads of all teams.
* Support succession planning within City Property and ensure the recruitment and training of high-potential graduates.
* Provide an additional resource following the recent restructure.
