This is a highly visible cross‑functional role with direct influence on how Appear’s products are positioned, launched, and sold globally. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, you will translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value, strengthen go‑to‑market execution, and help accelerate our continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key products and audiences
* Lead go‑to‑market execution for launches, updates, and commercial priorities
* Build sales enablement tools including battlecards, talk tracks, ROI/value messaging, and pitch assets
* Gather customer, competitor, and market insights to strengthen commercial decisions and product narratives
* Collaborate across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to drive alignment and results
Qualifications (Must have experience)
* Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Marketing, or similar commercial/strategic roles
* Proven ability to position technical or complex products in a clear and differentiated way
* Strong commercial mindset with understanding of how marketing supports revenue growth
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams
* Strong communication skills with ability to influence and drive initiatives cross‑functionally
Nice to have experience
* Background in broadcast, media technology, networking, SaaS or infrastructure environments
* Familiarity with go‑to‑market planning and product launch execution
* Experience building sales enablement tools or ROI/value‑based selling materials
* Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and technical buying journeys
* International or global business experience
