Sales Administrator
Salary: Circa £30,000 DOE
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Benefits package + Monday to Friday role with an early finish to end the week!
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales Director and helping the sales team deliver outstanding service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing a professional and friendly service
Support the Sales Director with day-to-day tasks
Coordinate orders and track progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between sales, production, and logistics
Follow up with clients to provide updates and resolve any issuesAbout you as a Sales Administrator:
Previous experience in a sales administration, account management, or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with clients regularly
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Confident working with data, reports, and CRM systems
