Internal Account Executive £24,000 £10,000 OTC | West Malling, Hybrid | Permanent We’re recruiting for an Internal Account Executive to join a leading name in the professional services sector. You'll be part of a collaborative commercial team, responsible for managing and growing a defined portfolio of small to medium-sized business clients across both commercial and residential sectors. The Role: Building strategic relationships with a portfolio of existing B2B clients Identifying upsell opportunities across a suite of industry-specific products Delivering online training sessions, account reviews and product presentations Conducting virtual client meetings to deepen engagement and maximise usage Analysing client activity and usage to drive retention and increase share of wallet Feeding market insights back into the business to support product development Essential Skillset: 1–2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales/account management role A confident communicator with a consultative and customer-focused approach Someone who thrives on building relationships and exceeding targets Organised, methodical and commercially astute Comfortable presenting and analysing data (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) A natural team player with the drive to continuously learn and develop Package: £24,000 £10,000 OTC Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Full onboarding training and development 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
