Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Key Accounts Manager in the Golf Industry located in Watford. As a Senior Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, building relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence in the golf industry for all our brands.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the golf industry
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong Excel Skills
* Knowledge of the golf industry trends, products, and customer needs
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor's degree

Do you have a proven track record of managing and delivering consistent results as an Account Manager within sports performance?

If so, we want you to join our team as a 'Key Account Manager'

This will entail developing a deep understanding of each account, across buying, merchandising, marketing, and creative departments to build trusting relationships cross-functionally to understand their business needs whilst communicating the objectives of JS Golf Brands

To bring in new key accounts from across Europe

To grow the business, we do with existing Key accounts

You will manage the sell-in process for JS Golf Brands products with a particular focus to achieve annual commercial revenue sales targets.

To manage brand growth looking at sales & market strategy

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in sales within the golf industry with existing relationships with golf retailers
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Passion for golf.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering consistent results as a GOLF - Key Account or National Account Manager.
* Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to manage our external team of sales agents
* Ability to influence decisions internally and externally.
* Understanding of broader business financial principles and commerciality.
* Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Word and PowerPoint.
* Works with customers and internal teams to bring the voice of the customer back into the business to implement solutions.
* Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
* High tenacity to maintain high standards, accuracy, and a passion to achieve results.
* Self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimum of supervision.
* Ability to drive and grow brands we work with

This role is office based in Watford & will require some travel across the UK with occasional international travel.
