Job Summary The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by finding the correct product line, manufacturer sku, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item that SHI needs to use for the sales order and approves new parts. The DIT administrator must work very closely with the Sales team, accounting team and Product Specialists to ensure the orders are processed without any issues. This position will report to an IT Manager and will be required to report to the Milton Keynes, UK office location, as determined by SHI Management. Role Description Include but not limited to; Part Approval Create service parts in AX for SHI users Create Enterprise Variants For Customers’ Inventory Create Manufacturer IDs And Product Line IDs Create BOMs For Sales To Use In Order Entry Assist Sales Representatives With Part Creation processes Data Clean Up Provide technical support, problem diagnosis, and resolution for various systems and applications. Technical Troubleshooting: Can identify complex technical issues, propose solutions, and take action to resolve them without explicit instructions. Skill Level Requirements Database management and reporting skills - Basic Strong organisational skills - Intermediate Experience with customer relations and satisfaction - Intermediate Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy - Intermediate Ability to follow direction while working individually and in a team environment - Intermediate Ability to accept, understand, and learn from management feedback - Intermediate Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally - Intermediate Other Requirements Completed Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Outlook and Excel Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint The estimated annual pay range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
