As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive delivery of critical technology initiatives across the business ensuring systems, platforms, and teams operate seamlessly as they grow.
The Role
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that underpin the company’s products and operations. You’ll work across cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product .

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and delivery of IT and technology projects across infrastructure, data, and product teams.
* Define project scope, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
* Implement and maintain best-practice project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
* Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
* Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline delivery operations.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners as needed.
Experience required:
* 3–6 years’ experience in IT Project Management or a similar technical delivery role.
* Proven track record of delivering technology or data-driven projects in fast-paced environments.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
* Experience coordinating software development or infrastructure teams.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
* Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments.
