We are a family-run car dealership seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our contact centre team. In this position, you will assist with customer bookings and handle general service inquiries, ensuring that every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor with our client:
5. Manage customer bookings and service inquiries with exceptional customer care.
6. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues related to vehicle services.
7. Support customers across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
8. Maximise opportunities for service bookings and upsell where appropriate.
9. Record customer and vehicle information accurately.
10. Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support to colleagues.
11. Monitor interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
12. Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed customer service goals.

13. Proven experience in a customer service position, preferably within a contact centre environment.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

18. Experience with handling complex customer issues professionally.
