As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, nurturing key accounts and representing the resort across your designated territory. Whether you’re based in St Andrews or London you’ll bring energy, creativity, and commercial focus to help us exceed our revenue goals. What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business: Proactively source, pitch, and close new MICE opportunities through targeted outreach, meetings, events, and trade shows. Grow existing relationships: Maximise value from key accounts and cultivate long-term loyalty with clients and partners. Be our brand ambassador: Represent Fairmont St Andrews at industry events, client visits, and sales missions in the UK and internationally. Collaborate for success: Partner with Accor Global Sales, destination marketing bodies, and industry partners to drive demand and exposure. Strategise for results: Develop and execute sales plans that enhance market share, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
