This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a resilient and proactive clinician who thrives in dynamic environments. You'll be responsible for overseeing clinical service delivery across a range of complex healthcare operations, including repatriation, secure settings, and patient transport. You'll lead a team of in-house and contracted clinicians, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and governance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage clinical teams, ensuring compassionate, responsive care. Oversee recruitment, development, and supervision of clinical staff. Ensure compliance with CQC, JRCALC, NICE, GDPR, Safeguarding, and Prevent. Represent the business in client meetings and service reviews. Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance, service delivery, and patient experience. Act as IP&C Lead and contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee. What We're Looking For Essential: HCPC Paramedic or NMC Nurse (Degree qualified) Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in primary and acute secondary care Full UK driving licence and own transport Desirable: Management or leadership qualification Experience outside the NHS Multilingual abilities We're looking for someone who is collaborative, decisive, and kind—someone who sees gaps as opportunities and is excited to build better ways of working.
