About The Job:
As the Workplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:
7. Day to Day Operations:
- Own the daily office environment, ensuring everything is in order
- Coordinate with landlords, building management, and contractors
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests efficiently ️
8. Organisational Excellence:
- Keep meeting rooms and workspaces organised and ready for use
- Track office inventory and maintain a smooth reordering system
- Ensure new hires have everything they need from day one
9. Community and Culture:
- Keep communal spaces stocked and welcoming
- Organise team lunches, celebrations, and special occasions
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team for team socials and events
10. System Implementation:
- Develop clear processes for ordering and facility requests
- Maintain an organised storage space and office inventory system
Requirements:
11. Experience in office management or workplace operations desirable!
12. Highly organised and detail-oriented
13. Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure
14. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus ️
15. Ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions proactively
