We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Trowbridge. Key responsibilities:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Vendors and applicates ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.
Your main duties will include:
* Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential buyers with their perfect property
* First-Class Customer Service: Delight Vendors and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
* Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
* Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
* Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
