Business Process Analyst - JP Morgan - 12 months contract - PAYE - ONSITE
Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with experience of business process mapping and re-engineering to join JP Morgan's Network Management team in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract.
Job responsibilities
Communicate with partners to document business requirements, both functional and non-functional by way of stories, use cases and business process flows
Partner with Technology to test and deliver working code based on business requirements.
Review all requirements within the regular business analyst peer review forum, actively engage and support others to drive strong outcomes
Create high quality test plans & user guides
Be prepared to raise risks, issues and concerns to project managers and management
Present information back to stakeholders, demo functionality and support training of user base
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and escalate risks appropriately
Experience working in Agile environments, including user story writing
Background in business and process reengineering, with solid process mapping capability
Hands-on testing experience, ensuring solutions meet business and functional requirements
Familiarity with BPMN and adaptable to change within fast-paced environments
