Total Spectrum are currently recruiting for aWarehouse Operative/ Driver, for one of our clients based in the Hinckley area.

The successful candidate will be required to occasionally drive XLWB vehicles,so please only apply if you have a driving licence and have experience driving vans.
This role will be around 80% Warehouse work and 20% Driving.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift (if licensed).
Load vans accurately, ensuring items match pick notes and loading order is correct.
Pick and prepare orders for Trade Counter customers with precision.
Unload supplier deliveries and verify quantities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
Ensure products are stored in correct locations and rectify any discrepancies.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Report and help resolve any warehouse abnormalities promptly.
Support additional tasks to ensure smooth and efficient company operation
Occasional delivery driving using extra-long wheel base vehicle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 12 years experience in a warehouse environment.
Minimum of 1 year multi-drop van driving experience
Computer literate with good written and spoken English.
Excellent customer service skills.
Full UK driving license (must be over 25 for insurance purposes, maximum 6 points).
Ability to drive XLWB vehicles confidently.
Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
Salary, Hours & Benefits
Salary: £26,436.80per annum, paid weekly (One week in arrears).
