Instant Glass and Glazing is looking for a skilled and motivated Glazier to join our growing team in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical ability and attention to detail, working on a variety of glazing projects across residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
* Perform glazing installation work on residential and commercial projects, with attention to quality and safety.
Qualifications
* Manual dexterity and coordination when handling tools and glass.
* Physical strength and stamina for lifting and installing heavy panels.
* Comfortable working at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
* Proficient in measuring, cutting, and installing different types of glass (tempered, laminated, safety glass).
* Knowledge of sealing techniques, glazing methods, and relevant building codes/safety standards.
* Strong problem-solving ability when dealing with unique installation challenges.
* High attention to detail for precise alignment and sealing.
* Good communication skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other trades.
