Salary: £13.37+ Bonus Scheme
We’re looking for a Shift Manager who is passionate about hospitality and supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
What You'll Do
* Support and inspire an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
* Keep things running smoothly, from the customer lobby to the back‑of‑house operation
* Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction every shift
* Manage stock, schedules, training and operational details
Requirements
* Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up)
* A hands‑on, can‑do attitude
* Love for food, people, and building a buzz
* Calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
