Travel: A full UK driving licence is essential as regular travel to Evri operational sites will be required.

About The Role
As an Associate IT Service Delivery Manager, you’ll support the management of critical IT services, oversee the performance of strategic IT vendors, and act as a key point of contact for operational stakeholders. You’ll ensure that services are reliable, well‑documented, and continuously improving, while gaining exposure to service transition, change, incident, and problem management.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing assigned IT services, internal IT functions, and vendors in line with ITIL best practice.
* Supporting Service Design and Transition activities, reviewing Service Impact Assessments, and maintaining the IT Service Portfolio.
* Monitoring and reviewing day‑to‑day vendor performance.
* Holding regular service reviews with stakeholders and suppliers to drive improvements.
* Creating service and performance reporting packs for operational and IT audiences.
* Contributing to Incident, Problem, and Risk Management processes with operational insights.
* Managing high‑priority escalations directly or via the Incident Management team.
* Attending CAB meetings and communicating change impacts to stakeholders.
