Role Description
We're looking for a
Customer Experience Advisor
to join our
Dorking
team.
In this role, you'll guide customers through their repair journey, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination between departments, and a level of service that reflects the quality Finesse is known for.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and genuine care for customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
Customer focused:
* Deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.
* Communicate clearly and professionally whether face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.
* Keep customers informed at every stage, from booking to completion.
* Use plain English to explain repair processes and manage expectations confidently.
* Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
* Carry out pre and post repair vehicle checks with customers.
Administrative excellence:
* Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation within the management system.
* Ensure all paperwork, estimates, and invoices are correctly prepared and filed.
* Process payments in line with company procedures.
* Keep reception areas tidy, organised, and welcoming, reflecting the professional image of Finesse ARC.
