Lettings Assistant £26,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

Pertemps is urgently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Lettings Assistant to join their busy and dynamic property team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in lettings or property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and coordinating property maintenance issues
* Processing rent increases and chasing rent arrears
* Reviewing and actioning property inspection reports
* Sourcing and liaising with new contractors
* Managing and tracking keys for contractor use
* Handling deposit refunds and dispute resolution
* Preparing and issuing tenancy notices, including Section 21
* Responding to phone calls and general tenant/landlord enquiries
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in lettings or property management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in relevant property management systems is advantageous
* This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £26,000.
