Responsibilities for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor and Specialist Finance Broker: Provide professional and tailored mortgage advice to clients Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process - regulated and unregulated. Knowledge of the specialist finance space ie bridging finance and development finance. Manage documentation and ensure compliance standards are met Stay up to date with mortgage market changes and products Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute ideas and feedback to help your professional growth especially in the world of development and bridging finance and commercial/ SME lending. Experience required: Previous experience providing mortgage advice. Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process. CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to generate your own business is essential. Confident working independently and managing your own workload. Proactive, ambitious, and client-focused. Outgoing and being your own BDM – attending property and investor events and putting yourself out there. For more information please contact us.
