<div><h3>People, HR and Payroll Administrator</h3><p>Location: Walton on Thames</p><p>Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home</p><p>Salary: £32,500 – £40,000</p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Hybrid working pattern</li><li>Enhanced pension contributions</li><li>Private medical and dental care</li><li>And more</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Maintain employee records in HR systems and personnel files</li><li>Maintain employer records with third‑party providers</li><li>Own the collation of payroll and submission to third‑party provider</li><li>Process all HR invoices using SAP</li><li>Prepare onboarding materials and support the new hire onboarding process</li><li>Assist with employee off‑boarding</li><li>Respond to internal and external HR queries and assist where possible</li><li>Ensure compliance with policies and laws</li><li>Assist in preparation of reports, metrics and documentation</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs</li><li>Support the team with organising training and tracking training plans</li><li>Support with employee engagement activities and events</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks</li><li>Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates</li><li>Support and assist the wider team with projects</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Ideally, you will have experience in a similar HR role, working with payroll administration. A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential.</p><p>You must have a strong eye for detail and be a people champion, as you will be a key point of contact within the HR team.</p><p>For the purpose of the Conduct Regulations, when advertising permanent vacancies, we are acting as an Employment Agency, and when advertising temporary/contract vacancies, we are acting as an Employment Business.</p></div>
