Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior experience in an administrative or clerical capacity. Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
* Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Collosus and Dreamtec software - full training provided
* Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
* Handle mail distribution and courier arrangements

Experience

* Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes
* Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Previous clerical experience including filing, data entry, and document management is preferred
* Ability to work independently whilst supporting team objectives
