Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
* Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Collosus and Dreamtec software - full training provided
* Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently
* Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
* Handle mail distribution and courier arrangements
Experience
* Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes
* Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
* Previous clerical experience including filing, data entry, and document management is preferred
* Ability to work independently whilst supporting team objectives
