Offer | £2,500–£3,000/month + ferry costs
Work Remotely - (2 days/week on site, accommodation provided)
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to lead residential renovation, civil engineering, and estate projects on the stunning Isle of Mull.
You'll manage everything from planning to delivery, budgets to stakeholder engagement—driving results while maintaining high standards. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
What you'll do:
* Manage diverse projects from concept to completion
* Prepare cost estimates and annual maintenance budgets
* Handle planning applications and third-party negotiations
* Lead teams, track progress, and report to stakeholders
* Work with content management systems and project tracking tools
* Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
What you bring:
* Proven experience in project management and QS (building/civil engineering)
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Ability to work remotely with regular travel to Mull (2 consecutive days/week)
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
