Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated *Family Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor who is passionate about helping clients navigate sensitive and complex family law matters with professionalism, empathy, and care.
Advise clients on a full range of *family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private law children matters.
* Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and consent orders.
* Keep up to date with developments in family law and maintain CPD compliance.
Qualified Solicitor with *4-5+ years PQE in family law.
* Strong experience in financial remedy and private law children matters.
* Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
