Role Details
Position: KS2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Axminster and surrounding areas
Start Date: September
Pay: Competitive weekly pay (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Flexible supply, short-term, long-term, full-time or part-time
Term Time Only

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging KS2 lessons
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Helping children build confidence and make progress in learning
* Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom participation
* Assisting with classroom preparation and resources
* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
* Have experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
* Are positive, patient, and enthusiastic
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Are passionate about helping children succeed
* Hold a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
