A lovely family in Maidenhead in SL6 is looking for a proactive, English-speaking, Afterschool Nanny to support their children’s development and daily routine. This permanent role is suited for a confident driver with their own car to assist with school pickups and local outings. The responsibilities will centre on ensuring the children’s safety and well-being, preparing nutritious meals, providing homework support, and engaging them in stimulating educational play and extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate will be organised and reliable, happy to maintain tidy play areas and bedrooms while establishing a consistent, nurturing structure for the children. Working hours: The Afterschool Nanny will be required to work Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility. Monday to Friday, 2 days 3:20 to 7:00 pm, 3 days 4:10 pm to 7:00 pm Duties will include collecting the child from school helping with homework preparing meals and snacks arranging playdates helping with homework playing age-appropriate games together reading stories to the child tidying away their toys after use – child to help helping with the evening routine, eg help child organise bags for the next day light laundry of child’s clothes occasional grocery shopping Someone who speaks English would be ideal for this role to help the child communicate well using the language.
