Junior Sous Chef
We are currently looking for a passionate and committed junior sous chef to work across different sections of the kitchen to deliver a fresh, high quality food offer for day-to-day service along with a variety of private & corporate events.
Working with local suppliers, the team make everything fresh daily, and use seasonal ingredients.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in preparing and cooking with fresh, seasonal produce in a very busy kitchen
* Knowledge of cakes, pastries and breads
* Experience and skills across all kitchen sections
* A "can do" attitude
* Common sense
* Stamina
* Organisational flair & flexibility
To work day time hours with occasional evenings on a rota basis, according to the needs of the business. Will include some weekends.
Salary £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
