About the role
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a forward‑thinking AI Development Analyst to join the Chief Nurse’s Office Quality and Safety Project and Improvement Team and help shape the future of digital transformation across Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie Hospitals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving how people work, reducing administrative burden, and helping staff get the most out of digital tools. You’ll play a key role in supporting the adoption, optimisation and development of innovative technologies—including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and emerging AI‑enabled solutions—to enhance productivity, streamline workflows and improve staff and patient experience.
As an AI Development Analyst, you will work directly with clinical and non‑clinical teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and help embed smarter, safer and more efficient ways of working. You’ll provide hands‑on support with digital tools, deliver training and coaching, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to service improvement and change initiatives across the Trust.
You’ll also support the development of agentic workflows and automation solutions, helping teams adopt new technologies confidently and sustainably. Your work will directly contribute to improving quality, efficiency and the overall experience of staff and patients.
