A growing and highly respected fire engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Fire Engineer to join their expanding team. The role will involve working across a diverse range of sectors and projects, including both new build developments and retrospective fire strategies for existing buildings. You’ll gain experience delivering technically challenging solutions while collaborating with a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
Producing fire strategies for new build and existing buildings
Supporting retrospective fire safety assessments and remediation projects
Working on projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, and education sectors
Liaising with clients, design teams, and approval authorities
Assisting with fire engineering calculations and technical reports
Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
Requirements
Degree qualified in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
Previous experience within a fire engineering consultancy environment
Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
