Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Liverpool Rate: £55–£60 per hour (Ltd due to SME status of company) Hours: 50 hours per week Duration: 18 months Role Overview Reporting to the Projects Group Director, the Construction Manager will take full responsibility for overseeing the construction phase of a major project based in Liverpool. The role involves managing site teams, subcontractors, and key partners to ensure construction and commissioning activities are delivered safely, responsibly, on time, and within budget. You will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining high construction standards, and ensuring client and business objectives are fully met. The position also requires collaboration across multi-discipline project teams and daily engagement with clients during the construction phase.
