We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategic delivery of the Family First Partnership Programme (FFP) — a flagship initiative designed to transform children’s social care through innovation, collaboration, and reform.

Key Responsibilities
As the Family First Programme Lead, you will:
Lead strategic programme delivery across the Family First Partnership, ensuring alignment with local and national priorities.
Drive multi-agency collaboration, bringing together partners from health, education, social care, and the voluntary sector to deliver integrated support.
Champion organisational change, embedding best practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure accountability and impact, using data and evidence to measure outcomes and inform decision-making.
Oversee the implementation of Children’s Social Care Reforms, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and readiness for inspection.
About You
