Salary: Teacher Main/Upper Scale £32,916-£51,048 p.a. pro rata (depending upon experience)

Winchcombe School (part of the Balcarras Trust) is looking for a new colleague to join our school from September 2026 as we continue to expand. You’ll be enthusiastic and able to motivate students to achieve their best. If you can also teach Maths and/or Business Studies, that would be fantastic!

Winchcombe School is part of the Balcarras Trust, opening opportunities to work collaboratively with other schools in the group. We are a friendly co-educational comprehensive school of just over 500 students aged 11-16 located on the outskirts of a historic town near Cheltenham and surrounded by beautiful Cotswold views.
We were fortunate to undergo a multi-million-pound refurbishment a couple of years ago, including a new Science laboratory, as well as a fantastic sports centre and improvements to our D&T classrooms.
